Larry O'Toole (deputising for the Lord Mayor) with Northsiders Paddy 'Ginger' O'Rourke and Harry O'Neill at the recent St. Patrick's Athletic v Sporting Fingal game at Richmond Park when past players were honoured by the Inchicore club.
Cllr. O'Toole said "I was privileged to represent Dublin City Council at the game, during which a number of past players were presented with mementoes by the club."
